Fostering
Together... Our Community... Our Children... - Support
groups now meeting monthly in Region 3!! Every Friday from
6pm-8:30pm - Childcare & dinner available for free!! So grab
the kids forget about cooking for the night and have a "night out"
on us! The kids will be having fun and keeping busy in one room
while we adults get a chance to network and support each other in
the other. Our trainings will be 1-2 hours long and you will receive
certificates to use towards your needed 12 hours a year of training
hours.

Online Classes
through Pierce College. 6 new courses are available.
They will require approximately 6 -10 hours online, depending on the
student's proficiency on the computer. 6 hours equal 6 CEUs or 6
Clock Hours (CH). They will be taught again in February April
and June. They will also be ON-Ground in or near each of the regions

SAY / PAY Online Training

SAY/PAY Training is required for all foster parents that care for
children who are Sexually Aggressive or Physically Assaultive. It
involves 2 parts - Part 1 is a video & test that can be done
online. Part 2 is a 1 day seminar for each Training offered at the
state office periodically.
