- Port Orchard Office
CFSF is headquartered at 1502 Roland Avenue, Port Orchard, WA.
The following departments are located there:
Child Placements,
Reception, Human Resources, Office Management, Bookkeeping, Child
Payment Tracking, Case Management, Respite, Case Aide Program, and the Visitation Center. Bremerton Office
Foster Home Licensing,
and Training are based at the Bremerton Office on Mission
Lake.
Eastern
Washington Office
CFSF has a number of licensed
homes in
Eastern Washington.

Seattle Office
The Seattle Office is set up for
case management and other services for the King County area. There
is also a room available to hold trainings. John Fullington will
also be doing respite out of this office for the King County homes.
Mount Vernon Office
CFSF announces the opening of our newest office in Mount Vernon.
Tracey Squiers has joined our team to head up this venture in Region
3. Tracey brings over 20 years of experience working with children,
most recently as the placement coordinator for DCFS in Region 3. We
are very excited about the potential in this Region. If

Case Management
The
Case Managers supervise regular and special needs foster children,
as well as the Behavioral Rehabilitative Services (BRS) foster
children. The offices are located
on the second floor
of the Port Orchard office complex. Case Aide
Program

Visitation Center
Our Port Orchard office currently has
two fully
equipped visitation rooms available. These rooms share a restroom
and a full kitchen. Facilities include a refrigerator, microwave,
changing table, full size dining table, and many other amenities to
accommodate families and children of various ages. We also have one
visitation room that is used for infants. We are well
stocked with books, toys and games to encourage healthy interaction
among family members. Visit hours are between 8:30am and 5pm Monday
through Friday as arranged. CFSF provides visitation services for
the foster children within our agency as well as foster children
currently placed in State foster homes. These are contracted
services that are to be coordinated through the child’s Social
Worker and CFSF’s Visitation Program Supervisor Laura.

Adoption Services
CFSF is no longer able to provide adoption services, but we will be
happy to assist you in dealing with the state or finding other
avenues for adoption.
